Understanding our booking and cancellation terms

Standard Cancellation Policy

At In ntara Luxury Hotels, we understand that plans can change. Our standard cancellation policy is designed to be fair while maintaining our commitment to service excellence.

Cancellation Terms

Standard Reservations

  • Cancellations made 48 hours or more before check-in: Full refund
  • Cancellations made 24-48 hours before check-in: 50% of the first night's rate
  • Cancellations made less than 24 hours before check-in: First night's rate charged
  • No-shows: Full stay charged

Peak Season & Special Events

  • Cancellations made 7 days or more before check-in: Full refund
  • Cancellations made 3-7 days before check-in: 50% of total stay charged
  • Cancellations made less than 3 days before check-in: Full stay charged
  • No-shows: Full stay charged

Group Bookings (5+ rooms)

  • Cancellations made 30 days or more before check-in: Full refund
  • Cancellations made 14-29 days before check-in: 50% of total stay charged
  • Cancellations made less than 14 days before check-in: Full stay charged

Modification Policy

Reservation modifications are subject to availability and rate changes. We recommend:

  • Making modifications at least 48 hours before check-in
  • Contacting our reservations team directly for assistance
  • Reviewing rate changes that may apply to modified dates

Special Circumstances

Force Majeure

In cases of force majeure (natural disasters, government actions, etc.), we will work with guests to accommodate changes without penalty when possible.

Medical Emergencies

With proper documentation, we may waive cancellation fees for medical emergencies on a case-by-case basis.

Refund Process

  • Refunds are processed to the original form of payment
  • Processing time: 5-10 business days
  • Credit card refunds may take additional time to appear on statements

Non-Refundable Rates

Some special rates and promotions may be non-refundable. These rates will be clearly marked during the booking process and are not subject to the standard cancellation policy.
